Our 1 Day' Introduction to Insights Discovery' Training Workshop typically offers participants an engaging session that focuses on using the Insights Discovery model to enhance communication, collaboration, and interpersonal dynamics within teams.

The day typically includes; 

1. Introduction to Insights Discovery:

Learn about the Insights Discovery framework, which is based on Carl Jung's psychological types. It uses color-coded personality profiles to categorize individuals into four primary colour energies; Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue.

Participants are introduced to the four key colour energies:

Fiery Red: Assertive, goal-oriented, and driven.

Sunshine Yellow: Enthusiastic, social, and creative.

Earth Green: Supportive, empathetic, and collaborative.

Cool Blue: Analytical, precise, and detail-oriented.

2. Understanding Your Personal Insights Profile:

Each participant receives their individual Insights Discovery profile, which is a detailed, personalized report that reflects their natural preferences, strengths, challenges, and communication styles based on the colour energies.

The profile helps individuals gain greater self-awareness by understanding their behavioural preferences, how they perceive the world, and how they interact with others.

Participants will see their dominant colour energy and how they can adapt their approach when interacting with people who have different colour preferences.

3. Practical Application of Insights Discovery:

Participants engage in exercises and discussions where they apply the Insights framework to real-life situations and team dynamics.

These activities typically include exploring how to better communicate with colleagues, understand different perspectives, and tailor responses to different personalities.

4. Effective Communication Strategies:

Participants learn strategies to communicate and work more effectively with individuals who have different preferences (e.g., how to manage interactions with a Fiery Red person when you have a Sunshine Yellow preference).

You'll understand the importance of emotional intelligence in adapting your approach based on someone's personality profile.
