After a 20 year career in operations, customer experience and Human Resources I bring a practical approach to businesses and understand how to run and operate a business as part of the SLT and board. I founded ThinkDIF. with the intention of bringing my past experience, and more recent expertise neurodiversity to help organisations and individuals make a real difference and embrace the undisputed benefits it can bring. Wider training for your organisation, your HR team, managers and our ‘this is me’ workshop to create cohesive and diverse teams. 1:1 Coaching for Neurodivergent individuals, sometimes called ADHD coaching. I am qualified as an ADHD Coach, an Autism Adult Therapy Provider and have qualifications in supporting all Neurodivergent conditions. We can also design bespoke workshops and resources to meet your business outcomes.
