I’m Tom, a medically qualified doctor, former GP with over 14 years of experience of working in the NHS, and director of MBE Wellness.
I am passionate about proactive, educational therapy that helps people understand their minds, emotions, behaviours, what is causing the current challenges they are facing and how to overcome them. I believe in empowering people with the tools to enact long lasting positive change, helping them to thrive, not just survive.
I combine my expertise in medicine, physics, psychology, biology and philosophy to help others heal, experience true wellness and discover their full exceptional potential.

NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) - Reshape your reality and reframe the way you think to reach your goals and your potential.
CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) -Challenge your thoughts, beliefs and emotions to alter your patterns of behaviour.
EMDR (Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) - Process trauma and past experiences to gain physical, mental, emotional freedom and relief.
Mindfulness - Learn how to let go of stress and pain, accepting what is in the present moment as a foundation to move forward.
DBT (Dialectical behaviour therapy) - Acquire the skills to manage intense, difficult emotions in order to self sooth in healthy ways and make healthy choices.
Emotional intelligence training - Think EQ not IQ. Learn how to identify, manage and use your emotions to succeed: respond, don’t react.
Breathing techniques - Learn how to engage with your unconscious, parasympathetic nervous system to self regulate, stay calm and increase your capacity.
Nervous system re-balancing - By practicing several simple techniques you can access your parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress, the effects of this and increase your window of tolerance
EFT (Emotional freedom technique) - Use easily accessible acupuncture points and affirmations to sooth your amygdala and overcome pain, be it physical, mental or emotional.
