In this one-hour free workshop I will be answering the question 'What is the opposite of love? Is it hate? Is it indifference? Actually, it's something else entirely. If you don't know, you can easily fall victim to it. In this one-hour workshop we will explore 3 important questions: 1. What the opposite of love truly is 2. How to determine if you're experiencing it 3. How you can overome it. I look forward to meeting you and opening up a whole new world of possibilities!

I am a Relationship Coach and Mentor. It is my passion to help you create the life and relationships you long for - with or without a partner. After a 37-year marriage where I felt unloved, unimportant and unhappy, I finally found the courage to leave aged 60. But the pain wasn’t wasted. When I looked back to try and figure out what was missing in my marriage and what went wrong , I discovered that I too played a role in creating my unhappiness, not only my own but that of Bill, my ex-husband. I spent the next 10 years living very happily on my own building my coaching practice, writing my autobiography and developing friendships that are caring, generous and open-hearted. Then, in December 2015 I met Dave, the man who became my friend, my lover, my soulmate and my husband. We were both 70. Now I not only know what screws up a relationship; I also know what it takes to build one that is strong and loving. I made many mistakes and I achieved many triumphs when it comes to creating friendships, not only with my life partner but with friends as well. It is my mission to share with you everything I learned - which is more than I ever wanted or expected - so that you too can create relationships that are caring, loving and supportive.
